Mansour AlQarawi is seasoned investment professional with a proven track record in leading high-performance teams, delivering large-scale strategic investments, and developing national industrial champions.
Before joining Dussur, Mansour served at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he spearheaded major investments across water, power, petrochemicals, and industrial sectors. His leadership contributed to landmark transactions, including one of the region’s largest petrochemical divestments, as well as an acquisition of significant stake in a leading power & water developer and the strategic capital restructuring of leading national companies.
Prior to PIF, Mansour held roles at EY in Transaction Advisory, delivering valuations, financial models, and due diligence across multiple sectors. He also previously worked in the UK with South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, providing management advisory services that focused on improving efficiency and pricing strategies, which positively impacted institutional performance. He also gained experience in the retail sector through the family business early in his career.
Mr. AlQarawi holds several board and committee memberships across major companies in water, power, and renewable energy, playing a key role in advancing sustainable industries in Saudi Arabia.
He holds an MBA and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Durham University (UK), and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and London Business School.
