Dr. AlRayes has a proven track record of accomplishments in different professional capacities spanning nearly 20 years - with successful contributions across several fields including investment banking and direct investment. He has played a key role in many financial institutions where he held leadership positions, and he has made significant contributions through board positions in numerous companies. Additionally, he has served as a member in several executive and advisory committees for leading public and private institutions that operates in several sectors, including energy, industry and services sector.
Dr.Raed has held several leading positions in major companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Investment Banking at Al Rajhi Capital. He then served as CEO and General Manager of Arab Petroleum Investments Company (APICORP) in early 2014. Following that, he was appointed as an advisor to the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources from May 2017, until he joined Dussur.
Dr. AlRayes earned his PhD in Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management & Business Research Methods, as well as a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford in the UK. He acquired his Bachelors’ Degree with honors in Islamic Economics from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud University.
Markus Solibieda has over 28 years of professional expertise across several investment entities. Before joining Dussur, Markus was the Managing Director of BASF Venture Capital GmbH, since 2016, an international leading chemical company.
He was also a Partner at Mandarin Capital Partners and Head of the company’s Frankfurt office. Previously, he co-founded Baigo Capital, a European growth capital fund focused on the healthcare industry.
Markus received his MBA from the European Business School following studies in Frankfurt (Germany), Dijon (France) and Phoenix (USA). He started his career with Deutsche Bank and Advent International in Frankfurt and London.
Abdullatif Alsowidan is the Head of Corporate strategy and Performance department at Dussur, where his responsibilities include oversight the corporate performance, strategy, stakeholder engagement, corporate communication and branding.
Mr. Alsowidan is responsible for managing Dussur's strategy updates and business plans to enable the achievements of Dussur mandate and objectives, as well as monitoring and improving corporate performance.
Mr. Alsowidan is an accomplished professional and brings to Dussur over twelve years of experience in several fields, including business analysis and planning, strategy development and implementation, management consulting, in addition to performance and project management.
Mesfer AlSubaie is the Head of Shared Services at Dussur, he is strategizing and leading the company’s Human Capital, Information Technology, Procurement, Business Service and Government Affairs departments.
Mr. AlSubaie is an accomplished leader as he brings to Dussur over 15 years of experience in transforming and institutionalizing shared business services. Building and executing functional and organizational strategies that helped to turnaround businesses into institutionalized developed organizations. Prior to assuming his role in Dussur, Mr. AlSubaie was Group Executive Director of Shared Services in one of the Investment Groups, and he was Managing Partner for a Holding Company, in addition to diverse experience in financial services, real estate, F&B, international retail and manufacturing sectors.
Mr. AlSubaie holds MBA in International Business from Clayton State University, USA, and Certificate in Management from London Business School, UK.
